Deep Search

Within the Deep Search you have the possibility to search all data content published on Open Datacheck.

The Deep Search has 4 different areas:

1. Article search

   1. Individual items can be searched for here. All information from the item master data is displayed

   2. If a manufacturer provides marketing and sales documents that contain items from the master data, these are also displayed in the item detail view.
      This means that all information available on Open Datacheck for an item is displayed on the item in the item detail view. The area is filled automatically by the system:

3. E-learning channel from Open Datacheck

   1. All e-learning content can be found here. In addition to the e-learning information package, which provides online courses, the section also contains assembly videos, application videos and training videos.

Internal User Management

Additional users from your company can be created, deleted and roles assigned here.

My Relations

The relationships with the manufacturer can be managed here. For example, you can release, request or block the relationship.
You can also assign your individual customer numbers to the respective manufacturer.

Tip: In the customer profile, you can specify that all relationships with manufacturers should be requested automatically. If the manufacturer has stored terms of use or the supplier profile has not yet been maintained, automatic relationship requests are not possible.
