Overview
Attributes are used to convey extended properties and specifications of an article. Different content is represented through article attributes. These include:

Depending on the content, different determinations are applied regarding which fields are used. This is defined below for the various contents.
In general, the extended character set can be used within the attributes (see Chapter 4.1 Requirements for Character Set and Formatting).
