If you are As a manufacturer and wish who would like to list your products with HEIZUNGSlabel you can his products in the HEATING label, you conclude a user usage contract with us. You will can find the contract this at http://heizungslabelheizslabel.de under “Infos für Hersteller”. Once we have received the contract, we will provide you with manufacturers’ login-in details. After logging in . As soon as we receive this, you will receive a manufacturer login. There you will find an Excel base in which you can enter all relevant products along with the values relevant to labelling into an Excel spreadsheetfor labeling. You may can then publish this list and your products will appear on the platform.
2. How do I upload a file?
Go to http://www.heating-label.de . You will find the Log-In on top of the page on the right hand side.
After successfully logging in, click on the menu item ‘Datenpflege’ and then the subitem ‘Upload’. This will direct you to the upload page. Here you will find the button ‘durchsuchen’ which you can use to search through your files.
3. In what format can I upload files?
You may only upload Excel files or a Zip file with PDF documents.
Please ensure that the uploaded files have the correct endings (.pdf).
4. Do I have to use the Excel template provided by you?
Please always use the most recent Excel template from the upload page. Do not delete or move any table sheets or columns! Any templates sent via email in advance are for demonstration purposes only and may not be the most recent version.
5. Where can I find the Excel template?

6. Is it possible to upload the data in several individual EXCEL files?
No. All article data must be entered into ONE Excel file. In this file, one row in the spreadsheet is allocated to each article. The advantage of listing all articles in one file is that they will not be mixed with the data that already exists on the server. This allows for a simpler and more transparent process because the data provided in the file always substitutes any preexisting data.
7. Which fiches and labels should I attach at ‘pdf_label_de’ and ‘pdf_fiche_de’?

9. Are there some articles that have more than one energy efficiency class?
Yes, for combination units and packages on the basis of a combination unit there is one energy efficiency class each for the heater and hot water functions.
10. What do I need to consider with respect to combination articles such as controls with supplementary sensors or storage with insulation?
If the function as defined in the Regulation can only be achieved only through the combination of several articles and the data cannot be associated with one unit individually, the combination of articles must be provided under a separate number (e.g. article set).

11. Is it possible to provide more than one storage unit in the case of solar systems?
No. The existing EU Regulation does NOT provide for this.
12. Can I provide more than one email address?
It is not possible to provide more than one email address.
13. Can I change the name of a supplier for which an entry has already been created?
The supplier ID cannot be changed because it is used for the storage of all data. You can change all other data after login in the admin area. To do this, follow the link ‘Account bearbeiten’ in the upper right-hand corner after you login.
14. Where can I find information on interfaces?

15. Where can I obtain an error log?
You have provided an email address for the platform. After processing your data, a log was sent to that address detailing the errors. Please check the correct spelling of your email address. After login, you can access your profile via the link ‘Account bearbeiten’ (upper right-hand corner).
16. I’m having difficulties with my file names. Which characters are permitted?
‘0-9’, ‘a-z’, ‘A-Z’, ‘_’,’-‘
Please pay attention to SPACES and DIACRITICAL MARKS. They are NOT permitted!
17. My login failed, what is the reason for this?
Please check that your password was entered correctly.
18. I forgot my password, what should I do?

19. Will the collector efficiency be calculated?
The collector efficiency is required for the calculation of the solar contribution and will be collected for all collectors by the suppliers.
20. Do I need a test account for the interfaces?
No. Both the platform ‘Heizungslabel’ and the interfaces are publicly accessible.
21. First I received a mail with an error log, then without an error log and then the data became available for release. What happened? The portal says processed articles = 0. What is wrong?
You have probably uploaded two files:
Produktdaten.xlsx was processed with errors. You received an error log for this.
Dokumente.zip was processed without errors. As a result, the data was reviewed, resulting in no errors.
22. Can I view the access statistics on my data?

23. Under which conditions should the collector efficiency be provided?

This is not possible at the moment.

The product descriptions should correspond to the descriptions in the article master data.
28. What is a GTIN?
The GTIN is the successor of the EAN code. If possible, please always provide the GTIN number because it enables the identification of and search for articles.

30. In what format should the product type be provided?

Can I store more than one email address per user?

Can I change our supplier name?

The zip archive must contain the individual files for label and data sheet. These must be included without subdirectories.
Why do I get an error message about files in the test report
After you have uploaded a multimedia pool and an Excel table has also been uploaded, the system uses the file names entered in Excel to check whether the file is included in the uploaded multimedia pool. If the file is not found, you will receive an error message in the check report. This can be due to the following reasons:
· If PDF documents are located in a subdirectory in the zip archive, they will not be found. They must be directly in the zip archive.
· The file name in the Excel spreadsheet does not exactly correspond to the uploaded file name. Check the matches again.

Where can I find an error log or the test report?
You have stored an email address in the platform. After processing your data, a log was sent to them listing the errors in detail. You can also find the test report online.
How does the test report work?
After you have uploaded an Excel table, the system creates a test report. The system checks whether all requirements according to the guidelines (see Guidelines ) have been met. The set date format DD.MM.YYYY (Germany) is not recognized and is displayed as an error log after the upload. What change do I need to make in the Excel template?
Format the cell to text under Format Cell. To do this, right-click on the cell, select “Format Cells”, then the “Numbers” tab and then select “Text”. Since specifying the year of manufacture is voluntary, you can alternatively leave this field blank.
Is it possible to upload the item data in several individual EXCEL files?

Why does an error appear in the plausibility check when uploading data even though no energy efficiency class is specified in a line of a solar device because the storage has a volume of more than 500 liters?
In principle, it is correct that no efficiency class is required for storage systems with a nominal volume of more than 500 liters. However, the tank classification is mandatory for use within a compound system.
Are combined heat and power plants (CHP) also listed in the interconnected systems?
The EU regulation only provides for combination devices with boilers and combination devices with heat pumps (label specification: L 239/25-26). There is therefore no option to select a CHP in the combination range.
Is it possible to specify a compound system as part of a compound system?
Yes, by entering the boiler and integrated controller (1 compound system), it is possible for these to be installed in the system in a new compound system, e.g. B. can be combined with solar thermal energy. If the user selects the boiler there, the control field is automatically filled.

Manufacturers usually provide the data for the largest possible load profile for their devices. A change in the system is not possible. This is only different where the load profile is not measured but rather calculated using the “solcal method”. This procedure comes into effect when putting together a combination heater that includes a solar system.
What do you enter in the Excel list if solar groups do not have a controller but at least two components need to be uploaded?
If it is a single pump, detection as a pump is sufficient. It is not necessary to register as a group.
Is it possible to create a compound system without an article number?
No, an image without an item number is generally not possible.
How is hot water preparation recorded when creating the composite label if a composite system consists purely of a heating boiler, a controller and a hot water storage tank?
The storage is only taken into account in a composite system if it is integrated as part of the solar system, as a solar storage system. In the case described, it is a composite system consisting of a heater and controller (composite label) and a hot water tank, which receives its own product label. The storage system stands alone and is not part of the network system.
What is specified under “solar” for hot water and heating support, the buffer tank, the hot water tank or both?
To calculate the compound system with solar, only the hot water tank for the solar system needs to be specified. Only one storage unit per network system can also be taken into account.
Why can't I add my heat pump under the calculation of combined systems / combination / heat pump + hot water?
If the data of the included heat generator does NOT specify the values “Medium” and “COPn”, an Eta-wh calculation is not possible.
Does the combination of a boiler and an external storage tank from different manufacturers have to be labeled as a combined system?
The combination of one manufacturer's boiler with another manufacturer's external storage without solar contribution, which were placed on the market separately from each other, does not constitute a combination device within the meaning of European regulations. For these combinations, there is no obligation and no possibility of consumption labeling as a combination device. In particular, there is a lack of calculation methods authorized by the regulator for such a constellation. The consumption labeling requirement is limited to individual products.
Is there a labeling requirement for biomass heating systems?

Why does the solar system field appear as a mandatory field even though I don't want to enter a solar system?
Would you like to create a combination device from a heat generator and a storage tank? This combination is not managed as a joint system. In this case you have to create two separate labels, a label for the heat generator and a label for the storage.
Why can't I list my pellet boilers in the portal?
Pellet boilers have not yet been labeled and therefore cannot be included in our platform. The labeling for pellet boilers will only come into force on April 1st, 2017.

Are the components of a composite system always created as individual products?
No. Sub-products of a compound system are not automatically available as individual products. Unfortunately, the regulation does not provide for this case.
Is it possible to label solid fuel boilers before the deadline of April 1, 2017?
No. The EU Commission does not provide for any introduction or transition periods

The association label is issued by the trader. That's why the craft business is also on the label as an exhibitor. This number is an automatically generated number by the portal, which makes tracing possible if questions arise later.
