What do I have to do to list my products on HEIZUNGSlabel?
As a manufacturer who would like to list his products in the HEATING label, you conclude a usage contract with us. You can find this at http://heizslabel.de . As soon as we receive this, you will receive a manufacturer login. There you will find an Excel base in which you can enter all relevant products with the values relevant for labeling. You can then publish this list and your products will appear on the platform.
Can I return the signed user agreement by email?
No, unfortunately that is not enough. We need the original signed user agreement in duplicate. As soon as we receive this, you will receive your access data.
Do I have to be a VdZ member to use the http://heizungslabel.de platform?
No, the platform is a freely available system that is available to the entire market.
Administrative questions about the data portal
Can I store more than one email address per user?
It is not possible to store more than one email address per user.
Can I change our supplier name?
The supplier ID cannot be changed as it is used for the entire data storage. You can change all other data after logging in in the “Supplier Profile” area:
Who assigns the item number and the supplier ID?
The item number is the manufacturer's factory item number. This is stored by the manufacturer. The supplier ID is assigned by us when registering a manufacturer on a heating label.
Is there a way to see the number of accesses to my data?
No, no supplier-related statistics are recorded.
Data upload in the data portal
Which file formats must be provided?
It is required:
A zip archive with all multimedia files (i.e. data sheets, energy labels, etc.). These must be available as physical files. A hyperlink is not sufficient.

How can I provide multimedia data?
At http://www.heating-label.de you will find the “Login” area at the top right.
There you will be redirected to the login page ( https://omnichannelstream.com/ ) and asked to enter your username and password:

Upload of the multimedia pool
The “Data package” tab opens here. Please switch to the “Multimedia ” tab. There, click on the button with an upload arrow under the “Functions” column:
The following pop-up window will then appear. Here you can upload your Zip archive using drag & drop or browsing. Then click on “Start processing”. Once processed by the system, you will receive an email. All uploads are saved on the system, so you only need to add new files when needed.
Can you fill the Excel column “pdf_fiche_de” from the template with a hyperlink?
No, the full file name must be specified here. The use of hyperlinks is not possible.
Which data sheets and labels should I add under “pdf_label_de” and “pdf_fiche_de”?
Pdf_label_de: Label in format and content in accordance with EU Regulation 811/2013 or 812/2013 Annex III.

I'm having problems with my filenames. Which characters are allowed?
“0-9”, “az”, “AZ”, “_”, “-”
Pay attention to SPACES and UMLAUTES. These are NOT permitted! Also make sure you have the correct file extension.
Which formats are permitted for the labels and data sheets?
The labels and data sheets must be provided in PDF format.
Are the data sheets entered/displayed via the manufacturer’s link?
No, the use of labels or data sheets via link is not possible. The files must be uploaded to the platform as a ZIP archive.
Do the files have to be uploaded as well?
Yes, all documents referenced in the item data must be uploaded to the system.
How does the zip archive for uploading the documents have to be structured?
The zip archive must contain the individual files for label and data sheet. These must be included without subdirectories.
Why do I get an error message about files in the test report
After you have uploaded a multimedia pool and an Excel table has also been uploaded, the system uses the file names entered in Excel to check whether the file is included in the uploaded multimedia pool. If the file is not found, you will receive an error message in the check report. This can be due to the following reasons:
· If PDF documents are located in a subdirectory in the zip archive, they will not be found. They must be directly in the zip archive.
· The file name in the Excel spreadsheet does not exactly correspond to the uploaded file name. Check the matches again.

Provide product master data in the data portal
How can I upload an Excel file?
At http://www.heating-label.de you will find the “Login” area at the top right.
There you will be redirected to the login page and asked to enter your username and password:

Upload the Excel table:
The “Data package” tab opens here. In the data table, look for the package name “Öko Infosystem 2.6”.
Under Functions click on the upload arrow and under Functions and the sub-item “Upload” which will take you to the corresponding upload page:
Here you enter a meaningful description of the data delivery, select the upload format “Excel ÖkoInfosystem 2.6” and upload your Excel table in the drag and drop field. Then click on “Start Check”. After the system checks, you will be informed by email. You can use the generated test report to evaluate and optimize your data delivery.
Where can I find an error log or the test report?
You have stored an email address in the platform. After processing your data, a log was sent to them listing the errors in detail. You can also find the test report online.
How does the test report work?
After you have uploaded an Excel table, the system creates a test report. The system checks whether all requirements according to the guidelines (see Guidelines ) have been met. After the test has been completed, you will receive an email with a test report. Alternatively, the same test report is also available to you in an online view here:
Error messages are listed in the online test report on the right. By clicking on a red button you will be shown the error messages found in this category:
To edit the messages in the test report, proceed as follows:
· Correct the Excel table based on the message in the test report
· Click on “Discard” in the test report
· Upload the corrected version of the Excel table and wait for the new test report
How can I publish a data delivery?
If you have successfully uploaded both multimedia files and the Excel table and all messages in the test report have been processed, the data delivery can be submitted via the test report under “Release”:

Format the cell to text under Format Cell. To do this, right-click on the cell, select “Format Cells”, then the “Numbers” tab and then select “Text”. Since specifying the year of manufacture is voluntary, you can alternatively leave this field blank.
Is it possible to upload the item data in several individual EXCEL files?
No. The articles must be recorded in ONE Excel file. In this ONE file, each item is assigned a line in the corresponding spreadsheet. Delivering all articles in one file offers the advantage that there is no mixing with the data already available on the server. This enables a simpler and more transparent process, as a file delivery always replaces all existing data.
Can I get sample data for testing?

Is there a download for supplier items that are already listed in the portal?
Yes, the information about which data is available and which date can be queried via SHK-Connect. Registration for this service is done via ITEK Gmbh ( http://www.itek.de ).
Can I re-query an error log on the system?

Why do I get error messages after uploading my products?
The file or data does not correspond to the specified EXCEL structure.
Login problems
I can not log in. Why is that?
Check your username and password are correct. If you have assigned your password, you can also assign it again:

Master data requirements
Are there items that have more than one energy efficiency class?
Yes. For combination devices and composite systems based on a combination device, there is an energy efficiency class for the heating and hot water functions.
What do I have to do with combination items, such as: B. Consider controllers with additional sensors, storage tanks with insulation?
In the event that a function within the meaning of the regulation is only achieved through the combination of several items and the data cannot be assigned to a device individually, the combination of items must be provided under a separate number (e.g. item set) .

Is it possible to specify multiple storage units for a solar system?
No. This is NOT provided for in the existing EU regulation.
Is the collector efficiency calculated?
The collector efficiency is required for calculating the solar contribution and is collected by the suppliers for all collectors.
Under what conditions should the collector efficiency be specified?
According to the regulation, “collector efficiency” means the efficiency of the solar collector at a temperature difference between the solar collector and the ambient air of 40 K and a total solar radiation of 1000W/m2 in %.
In which nomenclature do I have to enter the company name? With legal form etc.?
To ensure traceability, the manufacturer must indicate his name, registered trade name or registered trademark (see Decision (EC) 768/2008 Art. R2 Para. 6).
How do I deal with custom-made items?
In principle, custom-made products also fall within the scope and thus the obligation to label consumption.
How should the product be described?
The description of the products should correspond to the descriptions in the item master data.
What is GTIN?
GTIN is the successor to the EAN code. If possible, please always include the GTIN as this ensures the identification and search of the item.
Where do I get the GTIN?
You can obtain the GTIN from the product issuing agency: GS1, ( http://gs1-germany.de ).
What happens if the GTIN is not provided?
In addition to the GTIN, products can also be identified via the supplier ID + factory article number. This must then be specified.
In which format should the product type be specified?
According to the code list.
Is there a prioritization of item identification?
The industry provides an article number for all articles. The GTIN (formerly EAN) can also be supplied. The alternative use of the GTIN is implemented in the interfaces. However, only items that also have a GTIN can be identified. All items are recognized via supplier ID and item number.

Yes.
Which issued label applies if a product exists both as an individual product and in a group?
In the offer of a compound system, only the compound system label and the additional data sheet of the compound system are required. The label of the individual product is only to be used for its individual marketing.

Each memory can be equipped with appropriate additional devices, such as: B. external heat exchangers, can also be used in a compound system. However, a hot water storage tank is only relevant for the composite system if it is combined with a solar system. Why does an error appear in the plausibility check when uploading data even though no energy efficiency class is specified in a line of a solar device because the storage has a volume of more than 500 liters?
In principle, it is correct that no efficiency class is required for storage systems with a nominal volume of more than 500 liters. However, the tank classification is mandatory for use within a compound system.
Are combined heat and power plants (CHP) also listed in the interconnected systems?
The EU regulation only provides for combination devices with boilers and combination devices with heat pumps (label specification: L 239/25-26). There is therefore no option to select a CHP in the combination range.
Is it possible to specify a compound system as part of a compound system?
Yes, by entering the boiler and integrated controller (1 compound system), it is possible for these to be installed in the system in a new compound system, e.g. B. can be combined with solar thermal energy. If the user selects the boiler there, the control field is automatically filled.
Is it possible to dual register a weather compensated temperature controller that can achieve Class II or Class III depending on the modulating capability of the space heater? (It is not possible to predict in advance which space heater it will be combined with.)
Based on an optimal installation situation, the maximum controller class that can be achieved by the controller without any additional items such as sensors must always be specified.

Manufacturers usually provide the data for the largest possible load profile for their devices. A change in the system is not possible. This is only different where the load profile is not measured but rather calculated using the “solcal method”. This procedure comes into effect when putting together a combination heater that includes a solar system.

If it is a single pump, detection as a pump is sufficient. It is not necessary to register as a group.
Is it possible to create a compound system without an article number?
No, an image without an item number is generally not possible.
How is hot water preparation recorded when creating the composite label if a composite system consists purely of a heating boiler, a controller and a hot water storage tank?
The storage is only taken into account in a composite system if it is integrated as part of the solar system, as a solar storage system. In the case described, it is a composite system consisting of a heater and controller (composite label) and a hot water tank, which receives its own product label. The storage system stands alone and is not part of the network system.
What is specified under “solar” for hot water and heating support, the buffer tank, the hot water tank or both?
To calculate the compound system with solar, only the hot water tank for the solar system needs to be specified. Only one storage unit per network system can also be taken into account.
Why can't I add my heat pump under the calculation of combined systems / combination / heat pump + hot water?
If the data of the included heat generator does NOT specify the values “Medium” and “COPn”, an Eta-wh calculation is not possible.
Does the combination of a boiler and an external storage tank from different manufacturers have to be labeled as a combined system?
The combination of one manufacturer's boiler with another manufacturer's external storage without solar contribution, which were placed on the market separately from each other, does not constitute a combination device within the meaning of European regulations. For these combinations, there is no obligation and no possibility of consumption labeling as a combination device. In particular, there is a lack of calculation methods authorized by the regulator for such a constellation. The consumption labeling requirement is limited to individual products.
Is there a labeling requirement for biomass heating systems?

Why does the solar system field appear as a mandatory field even though I don't want to enter a solar system?
Would you like to create a combination device from a heat generator and a storage tank? This combination is not managed as a joint system. In this case you have to create two separate labels, a label for the heat generator and a label for the storage.
Why can't I list my pellet boilers in the portal?
Pellet boilers have not yet been labeled and therefore cannot be included in our platform. The labeling for pellet boilers will only come into force on April 1st, 2017.
Are old system labels also taken into account on http://heizslabel.de ?

Are the components of a composite system always created as individual products?
No. Sub-products of a compound system are not automatically available as individual products. Unfortunately, the regulation does not provide for this case.
Is it possible to label solid fuel boilers before the deadline of April 1, 2017?
No. The EU Commission does not provide for any introduction or transition periods
How do I create a label if products are not listed?
In this case it is possible to create a product temporarily. This is done using the button in the article list “You can create articles here”. The technical information of the desired product must be entered there manually.

No, this is not planned in the system
What is the significance of the number that is in the top third of the label I created?
The association label is issued by the trader. That's why the craft business is also on the label as an exhibitor. This number is an automatically generated number by the portal, which makes tracing possible if questions arise later.
Can an article also have several suppliers?
Yes. Item numbers can occur with multiple suppliers. This only becomes clear in conjunction with the supplier ID.
