Data delivery

You can provide article master data here.
It is divided into 3 areas:

1. Data package

   1. The master data is processed here in the corresponding valid DQR version

2. Multimedia

   1. The multimedia data assigned in the master data is processed here

3. Info package

   1. Cross-article marketing and sales documents are processed here

Supplier profile

Here you can access the profile settings for your company account.
Here you can maintain your logo, your terms of use and your product areas, as well as enter your address data. You can also specify that relationships with your customers should be shared automatically.

Deep Search

Within Deep Search, you have the option of searching all the data content you have published on Open Datacheck.

The Deep Search has 4 different areas:

1. Article search

   1. Individual items can be searched for here. All information from the item master data is displayed

   2. If you provide marketing and sales documents that contain plant article numbers from the master data, these are also displayed in the article detail view.
      This means that all information that is available on Open Datacheck for an item is displayed on the item in the item detail view. The area is filled automatically by the system:

   a. All marketing and sales documents can be found here. More detailed information is also available at Open Datacheck - Funktionen und Erweiterungen - Bibliotheken

3. E- Learning

   1. All e-learning content can be found here. In addition to the e-learning information package, which provides online courses, this section also contains installation videos, application videos and training videos.

4. Download

   1. All exports of the released data and info packages are available here.

Scorecard

The scorecard is the evaluation tool for the quality of your data.
There is a fixed set of rules according to which points are awarded or deducted, resulting in a score between 0 and 100.
Evaluation criteria are contents from the master data such as ETIM classification, marketing texts, data sheets... and marketing and sales documents such as the PDF product catalog.

Ranking

Here you will find an anonymous ranking, measured by the score value. This helps you to assess how your score compares with that of other manufacturers.
