Library configurations
As there are different application scenarios for a library, there are also individual configuration options. These are presented on this and the following pages.
Description
You have the option of specifying certain configurations for your desired libraries. An overview of these customization options is presented here and on the following pages.
Among other things, you can define the following configurations for each library yourself:
Define top brands and position them more prominently
Define the document types to be taken into account for each library
Archive function
Clipping and clipping individual
Video streaming
You can also find a library directly on Open Datacheck in the Deep Search:
Topmarkene
Define yourself which brands should be displayed in the top brands in your libraries. These brands are then marked with a “star” in a library and appear in first place when a library is opened. Different “top marks” can be defined for each library.
Filter
Filters are offered within libraries. This allows result spaces to be restricted directly. It is important to note that these filters only work if the information is stored when uploading an info package. For example, the document language or the trading level can be specified during the upload. If no meta information is stored, these documents are not included in the filtering. A description of the information that can be stored in an info package upload is documented here:
Archive function
There are PDF documents and videos that are no longer current. These are, for example, from previous years or contain products that are no longer included in the range. These documents and videos can be marked as "archived" by the manufacturer in the upload masks of the information packages. These documents are then considered archived and are taken into account in the corresponding archive filters. This function has the advantage that, for example, a customer in the online shop only searches for current documents and thus sees the results of a search in an optimized manner. It is currently possible to use a filter to limit archived and non-archived documents in the search area:
