Document Deep Links

You have the option of creating an external link via the PDF viewer in order to integrate it elsewhere. This way, anyone who receives this link can access the document in the PDF viewer. This page explains how to do this:

Description

In wholesale, the office staff takes care of the documentation and compilation of documents for offers or for colleagues in sales. So that the office staff can provide the right documents directly via a link, because they could be too large, for example, a link must be able to be generated on the document at any time. Anyone can then access this link and open the linked document. All PDF viewer functions are normally available, so that a document can also be downloaded by customers, for example. In addition, there are documents that are too large and cannot simply be sent by email.

Create link

A link can be created in the PDF viewer. To do so, you can use the following button in the opened document:

Links can only be created for PDF documents.

Use link

Once a link has been created, the link is also available to all other users. A link only needs to be created once for each document. To copy the link, use the following button:

Link Validity

The link works as long as a document is stored in the library. Links to archived documents can still be used to view the archived document.

Integrate deep link

You can simply have the Open Datacheck Service Team activate the function (€900.00 one-off setup fee and €158.00 usage fee per month). You can then decide for yourself which libraries you would like to activate the Deep Link function for. If you have any questions or need help, please contact the Open Datacheck Service Team using the usual contact options.
