Artikelkurzbeschreibung (Article short description)

The article short description is a product-identifying, unique description of a product in an unformatted text. The structural requirements are analogous to the requirements for Short Text 1 and 2. Similar to Short Texts 1 and 2, the exception rule for spare parts applies to the article short description, where, if necessary, the article number can be included to ensure its uniqueness. Due to the higher number of usable characters, abbreviations are only used in exceptional cases. This text type is used in all commercial documents and in the goods receipt processes.
