If an article is classified as a substance or mixture according to the hazardous substances regulation ("CLP Regulation"), it must be appropriately labeled. In addition, relevant information must be provided in a structured manner for the processes in accordance with the safety data sheet.
From DQR 10.0:
As soon as an article has been labelled as a dangerous good or hazardous substance, it is mandatory to store a safety data sheet. If more than 1 safety data sheet has been specified, the additional hazardous substance details in the attributes, e.g. trade name, additional information, etc. are omitted.
